The FREE EDI 835 Viewer translates an ANSI 835 payment file into a plain English report of all receipts, payments and adjustments in the file. Codes included in the 835 are appended with the full explanatory descriptions. CPT, HCPCS, Modifiers and ICD10 codes can be added to the Tools program and if added, the descriptions for these codes are also added to the full detail 835 report. The 277 file is known as a Status Notification and can be in response to a 276 Status request or received as an unsolicited status notification. Data is generally broken down by provider, subscriber, claim and service level detail. Claim Status Reason Codes and Category codes included in the 277 are appended with the full explanatory descriptions. CPT, HCPCS, Modifiers and ICD10 codes can be added to the Tools program and if added, the descriptions for these codes are also added to the full detail 277 report. FREE Anesthesia Fee Calculator
The FREE Anesthesia Fee Calculator allows you to calculate the anesthesia charge based on the number of procedure base units and start/stop time. Both Medicare and standard Commercial time calculations are available. When the optional Anesthesia Base Unit data is added to the program, you can enter the anesthesia code and it will automatically look up the base units for that code. The Anesthesia Fee Calculator is included in the Free ProSourceMD Tools Software package.

Credit Card Processing
Process credit cards and deposit funds directly to your account using the Free credit card processing feature built into the ProSourceMD Tools Software package. This feature allows use of a magnetic card reader or manual entry of credit card information. This feature is free but requires setting up an Authorize.Net merchant account using a link in the ProSourceMD Tools Software package.

Free Medical Coder Tool and Medical Code Viewer
The Free ProSourceMD Tools Code Viewer from ProSourceMD gives users an easy way to view, search and sort medical data codes like CPT Procedure Codes, ICD10 Code, HCPCS Codes, Modifiers, Taxonomy Codes, Medicare Edits, Anesthesia Codes and Base Units data files purchased from the BITSCodes website www.bitscodes.com.
Interrelated code sets work together, so for example, when both the ICD10 codes and the Medicare Edits are added, the related edits will display for each ICD10 code displayed. When both CPT codes and Anesthesia Base units are included, the anesthesia base units will display for the related CPT code. The more code sets included in the Free ProSourceMD Tools Code Viewer, the more coding resources and relationships you have.
This tool works with medical data files purchased from Belleview Information Technology Services, LLC (BITS).
